1: Access the client profile: Start by opening the client dashboard to view their recent activities and session history.

2: Select a date on the calendar: The dates on the Activity Calendar will be colour-coded to represent different session statuses.
- Flashing Red: Required Attention by you (the coach) - Client cannot see this session on their app while in this status.
- Red: Incomplete and past due.
- Yellow: Scheduled & incomplete.
- Green: Completed.

3: Review a session: Click on a date in the Activity Calendar to view session information for that day.
