1: Navigate to the Client Profile: From the Dashboard, click on Clients on the left side, then on the client which you would like to set a goal for.

2: Initiate new goal creation: Locate the 'Goals' section on the client dashboard and click the 'Set Goal' button to begin.

3: Select the unit of measurement
Type in:
- The Goal Title
- The Category
- The Unit of Measurement
- The Current & Target Values
Goals that you set for your client can be anything that you want, e.g. Weight Lost/Gained, Muscle Gained, Steps per day etc.

4: Link an exercise: Click in the 'Link to exercise' field and search for or select the relevant exercise, such as 'Barbell Bench Press', to associate it with the goal.
When you link an exercise, this means that if the client reaches a new PB with this exercises, the goal will automatically update to reflect the new current amount & progression.

5: Finalise the goal: Review the entered information and click the 'Create Goal' button to save and apply the new goal to the client's profile.
