1: Navigate to Templates: Select the 'Templates' option from the sidebar menu on your dashboard.

2: Access Session Templates: Click the 'View Session Templates' button to proceed to the templates management screen.

3: Start a New Template: Click the '+ Create Template' button in the top right corner to begin building a new session.

4: Add Exercises to Template: Select the multiple exercises you wish to include from the exercise list to add them to your session. You can also search for exercises with the "Search exercises" button.

5: Switch to Arrangement View: Select the 'Arrangement' tab to organize your chosen exercises into specific training blocks.

6: Add a Training Block: Click the area to create a new block for structuring your workout session.
Drag exercises from the "Other" block, into your newly cerated blocks. The order (top to bottom) will be the order that the client completes the exercises, and the blocks are the different pages that the client will see their workouts within, again arranged top to bottom.

7: Configure Exercise Metrics: Adjust the settings for the selected exercise, such as sets, reps, eight, or any other custom metrics, by entering the data in the input fields.

8: Select which metrics will be customised when applying the template to a client. Select the checkbox next to the metrics which you will customise for each individual client that you are applying this template too.
For example, if you are creating a workout template, different people that you apply this template to will have different weight values for the same exercises, so you will customise them in the individual client's profile.

9: Save the Template: Click the 'Save Template' button to finish creating and storing your new session template.
