How to Create a New Exercise

  • Access the Templates menu: Click on 'Templates' in the side navigation menu of your dashboard.

  • Open the Exercise Library: Select the 'View Exercise Library' button to manage and organise your exercise templates.

  • Create New Exercise: Click the 'Add New Exercise' button in the top-right corner to open the creation form.

  • Enter Exercise Details:
    • Click into the 'Exercise Name' field to prepare for input.
    • Click on the 'Description' to add Coach Notes for your clients (e.g. tips, focuses, form notes).
    • Click on the 'Category' to add the exercise to the corresponding category, or create a new one.
    • Click on the 'Reference URL' to add your own YouTube video of you demonstrating your exercise.

  • Select the Exercise Metrics: Select the metrics which you use to track the efficiency and progress of the exercise.
    • For example, if you were adding a "Assault Bike" exercise, you would uncheck "Weight", and you would check "Time" to be able to program 3 sets of 40 seconds of work.

  • Click on Save Template: Select "Save Template" to save the custom exercise to your platform.
