5: Drag sessions to the calendar: Drag sessions to specific days to schedule them for those days within the calendar view.

6: Adjust program duration: Use the '-' and '+' buttons to set the desired duration for your program in weeks.

7: Confirm session placement: Ensure the selected sessions are correctly placed within the updated weekly schedule.

8: Rename the program: Click on the 'NEW PROGRAM' title area to begin editing the program's name.

9: Create or add program to a tag: Click the 'Create' button to add your new program to a tag.
For example, you could have a tag of each program that is based around the same type of training.

10: Save your template: Click the 'SAVE' button at the top right to store your new program template.
